2. Scope
Access to and use of the Site are governed by these general terms of use (hereinafter the “Terms”, in French “CGU”). The Terms govern the contractual relationship between Katalyz and any internet user accessing the Site (hereinafter the “User”) and may be consulted directly on the Site at any time.
Access to and use of the Site are subject to the prior and unreserved acceptance of the Terms. If the User does not accept them, the User must not use this Site.
Katalyz reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. The modified Terms will take effect on the date they are posted on the Site and are deemed accepted without reservation by any User who browses the Site after they are posted. The applicable Terms are those in force on the day the Site is browsed.
3. Purpose
The Site presents the services offered by Katalyz and allows the User to get in touch with Katalyz via a dedicated contact form.
Access to and use of the services offered by Katalyz take place via the platform accessible at https://app.katalyz.co/, the use of which is governed by a separate contractual document. For more information, the User is invited to contact Katalyz directly.

Katalyz is particularly attentive to the protection of privacy and, more generally, to the compliance of its services with personal data regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the GDPR.

6. Intellectual property

Except as set out above, Users are strictly prohibited from:

7. Liability – No warranty
The Site and its Content are provided as is and subject to availability.
The Site is normally accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, Katalyz does not guarantee the permanent availability and accessibility of the Site, nor does it guarantee that the Site is free of errors. Katalyz may be required to suspend the Site temporarily or permanently without notice, in particular for technical and/or maintenance reasons, whatever their origin or cause, without this giving rise to any liability on the part of Katalyz.
It is also specified that the Internet and computer and telecommunications systems are not free of errors and that interruptions and malfunctions may occur. 8. Governing law – Disputes
The Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a claim or dispute concerning the application, interpretation or performance of the Terms, the parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement of the dispute concerned before bringing any legal action or resorting to a mediation procedure. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Miscellaneous
In the event that one or more provisions of the Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or by applicable law or regulation, that provision shall be deleted without affecting the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms.
Katalyz’s failure to rely on any provision of the Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of the benefit of that provision or of the right to rely on that provision at a later date and/or to seek compensation for any breach of that provision.
