Platform and AI Connector Terms
1. Scope
These terms describe use of the Katalyz platform through an AI assistant connector supplied by Katalyz. The connector is available to authorized users of a Katalyz organization. Your organization’s agreement with Katalyz governs its subscription and use of the platform. If that agreement conflicts with this page, the organization’s agreement controls.
2. Connecting an assistant
You connect an assistant by signing in to your Katalyz organization and approving the access requested on the Katalyz authorization page. Required access supports the connection; you can decline optional access. The connector acts within the organization and permissions of your Katalyz account. You can disconnect it in the assistant, and your organization may also restrict or revoke access.
3. Information and actions
Depending on the access you approve, the assistant may read dealrooms, discussions, tasks, notifications, meetings, transcripts, CRM context, templates, and files. It may also create or update dealrooms and templates, post to discussions, send buyer invitations, and make changes to connected CRM records. Content you send through the connector, including files, may be processed by the assistant provider under that provider’s own terms and privacy notice. Review the requested access and the destination, recipients, and content of an action before approving it. A message or invitation sent to another person may not be retractable.
4. Security and acceptable use
Use the connector only for work your organization authorizes. Do not use another person’s account, submit information you are not allowed to share with the assistant provider, or attempt to access another organization’s data. Katalyz may suspend connector access to protect the platform, other users, or their data.
5. Privacy and support
For Katalyz’s handling of personal data, see the Katalyz Privacy Policy. For help with the connector or account access, visit the Katalyz Help Center or email contact@katalyz.co.
