The AI pauses; the product doesn't. New AI processing goes into a queue until capacity is added, and everything else carries on exactly as before - building and editing rooms by hand, sharing them, the analytics, the integrations. We tell you when you get there.
No. There is no counter anywhere in the product. Consumption shows up on the billing page only, which is reserved for admins. Reps work; they don't ration.
Shared. The 150 credits per user per month are pooled across the account: what some don't use stays available to the others.
